Shipping policy

LOST + STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as shipped and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Iyna Vein Jewelry is no longer responsible for the package, including delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct and secure at checkout. We strongly recommend choosing a delivery location where someone will be available to receive your package.

If your tracking information shows the package as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.

  • File a claim directly with the shipping carrier (Canada Post, USPS, etc.).

  • Email us at iynaveinjewelry@gmail.com to notify us of the issue so we can keep it on record.
    Please note: We do not offer replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

We cannot be held liable for packages that go missing after delivery is confirmed or for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & UNCLAIMED PARCELS

If a delivery attempt is made and the recipient is unavailable, it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate redelivery or collect the parcel from their local post office within the carrier’s designated holding period. Failure to open the door, respond to delivery attempts, or pick up a parcel in a timely manner does not qualify the order for a refund.

If a package is returned to Iyna Vein Jewelry due to being unclaimed, refused, or not collected within the carrier’s holding window, the customer is not entitled to a refund. At our sole discretion, we may offer to reship the order if it has been successfully received back into our hands. However, additional shipping fees will apply and must be covered by the customer prior to reshipment if this option is offered. 

Please note:

We cannot guarantee successful return-to-sender processing, as this depends entirely on the shipping carrier. Refunds will not be issued for packages that were available for pickup but not claimed.


PRE-ORDERS

Products labeled as “Pre-Order” in the product title, description, or promotional materials are items that are not yet in stock and will ship once they arrive to us.

Pre-order timelines can vary and may take anywhere from several weeks to a few months, depending on production and international shipping schedules. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the extended wait time.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your full order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
We do not offer partial shipments.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed, as each piece is made and reserved specifically for your order.


DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your purchase or shipping total and are collected by your local customs office.

Iyna Vein Jewelry does not reimburse or refund any shipping charges or customs-related fees, nor are we responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Please note: Refusing to pay duties or failing to collect your package from customs does not qualify for a refund or store credit. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties or refusal, you will not be refunded for shipping or the product.
