RETURN POLICY
Products that are unworn and in original packaging are eligible for exchange or store credit if requested within 7 days of delivery. No refunds are permitted.
Please note shipping charges for returned items are at customer expense.
Store credit or exchange will only be extended once the item(s) have been received and inspected by our team. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if we deem the product has been misused or the damage is not a defect.
LOST + STOLEN PACKAGES
Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it is delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier and notify by emailing iynavein@gmail.com
