I got these hand chains after seeing an Instagram ad thought they would be beautiful. Unfortunately when they arrived, they were two separate colors. One had a stainless steel tag on it. The other had no tag on it. These items seem like they were purchased and re-sold they looked worn.Jump rings were opened and had cut marks , and the packaging was not that of an item that cost $100 they came in plastic packaging that was not so great. I reached out to the company and let them know. I wasn’t very satisfied with the order to see exactly what could be done, but unfortunately, they don’t take returns. I gave 2 stars because one of the hand chains was a pretty. I wish them all the best in their growth and hope they get a QC manager .
